Guitar building Instruction

Main Mahd is now accepting students for his guitar-building course, in which you will be able to enjoy the journey and the result of playing a guitar that you made yourself.

The program he offers includes:
# the Luthiers art of guitar construction
# you build your own guitar from start to finish
# step by step, one on one instruction
# tab tuning the top, bending sides, bracing, jointing tops and backs, fretwork, molding and sanding, fingerboard cutting , radiusing and fretting , finishing and spraying

He welcomes student involvement in design preferences, such as: patterns, materials, inlay, and neck width. Left-handed players are also accommodated.

Taking raw timber, choosing the right materials, molding them to shape and ultimately an instrument is a constant source of satisfaction. No two instruments are exactly the same and Main enjoys helping people express the gift of music.
